YouTube: a Citizen Journalism Channel?

I just wrote an item for Poynter's E-Media Tidbits blog about how NBC has recently decided to use YouTube to promote its fall lineup of TV shows.

According to a June 27 InformationWeek article, NBC "would create an official NBC channel on YouTube that would include a 'Fall Preview' area. In addition, the channel would be used to promote other programming."

Gee -- wouldn't it be cool to start a channel for citJ videos on YouTube?...
